Multiple choice form - all that apply

Multiple choice form element only allows one choice to be ticked rather than multiple choices. I don't want select all, I just want them to be able to tick all the apply.

I cloned and tested your form. Because you use Single Choice in the field of your form, you only select one choice.

If you use Multiple Choice, you can select more than one choice at the same time. To do this,

• Click Multiple Choice from your Form Builder and add your options from Multiple Choice Properties panel on the right side.

When you use Multiple Choice in your form, it looks like this:
