Unable to see signature on phone

    Hello

    I have created a form in which:

    • my team fills out some info
    • autoresponder email is sent to user for signature (with edit submission link)
    • user signs form using standard signature field and submits it

    When editing again the same form with the same edit link (https://eu.jotform.com/edit/4928167632452114059?user1):

    • signature is showing correctly on desktop version
    • signature is not visible on mobile (see 2 screen shots attached of same situation from 2 devices: EDIT: upload of pictures fails "please wait uploading)... FOREVER).

    This is not the first time I encounter the issue. I have seen it on a much more complex form, so i have decided to create a simple one to isolate the problem, still there.Thanks

    PS: I am beta testing Jotform approval workflow, but I have not used it yet, and have seen the issue before it was activated on my account.

    Greetings.

    Once the form is submitted, the signature is saved as an image file to your account. And to view uploaded files, you need to be logged in to your Jotform account. You can disable Require log-in to view uploaded files. option from the account settings:

    perfect, that indeed explains my "problem".

    I was logged in on the desktop, not on the phone
