Email Issue : Notification emails coming in late

    good morning

    In the past, emails sent as conditions from within our forms were coming right away. They are now taking up to 15 minutes to arrive. We are using this for checking in customers so obviously this is not working for us.

    Hi,

    I believe your case might be due the our recent issue that has to do with unbelievable amount of heavy traffic on our HIPAA dedicated servers.

    I believe such issue has been attended to by our developers earlier, but please let us know if you are still experiencing the issue after testing one more time.

    I have cleared your form caches just in case.

    thank you for prompt reply

    it is still taking 10-20 minutes. In the past it was near instant.

    We really need a fix for this.

    It is in the form called 'parking lot check-in'

    Hi,

    May I have the submission date and time of the emails in issue from the mail logs?

    If there are many emails like that, then please kindly provide some emails from quite recent.
