Issues with login

    hello, we have lost access to one of our accounts with existing forms on it. The forms are still on our website but we are unable to access the Jotform with those forms. I believe the username for the account is SACBC_

    Hello Valeria,

    That form belongs to an account with the name sacbc. I can confirm that the account exists, and is in good standing. I cannot confirm that you are the owner of the account, so I am unable to provide more information at this time.
