Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! To cancel your account, there are two possible routes that can be taken. If you would like to simply downgrade your account back to a free subscription plan, you can follow the steps in this User Guide- https://www.jotform.com/help/341-how-to-cancel-a-subscription-and-downgrade-back-to-free
If, however, you would like to fully delete your account, you can follow the steps found here- https://www.jotform.com/help/341-how-to-cancel-a-subscription-and-downgrade-back-to-free
