Why are my PayPal submissions saying incomplete when they went through?

    I am getting paypal notifications, but jotform saids they are incomplete.  What do I need to do?

    You can verify which submissions have incomplete payments by checking on the submissions page, like so:

    First select the form you want to work with. Once selected the Submission button will appear on the top toolbar of the form's page:

    Once on the submission's page, click on the Incomplete Payments icon at the top:

    At this moment it appears that there are no incomplete payments out of the 2 submissions made to your form. I wouls also advide to make the payment tool a required field on your form. This should prevent users from submiting a purchase with the items empty.
