    Hi,

    I've gone ahead and remove the email form the Bounce List. Kindly test your form to see if it is working properly. If the issue persists, do let us know.

    Result: activate@alarmsim.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

    To avoid this from happening again, please apply this in your form: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues

    Could you please check that my other e-mail address orders@alarmsim.com
    is allowed as well... I want to make sure I get orders that are created
    through this form.

    I can confirm that your email address address orders@alarmsim.com is not in our bounce list, so, it should work correctly. To make sure this issue does not happen again, please follow the guide suggested by my colleague.
