I've gone ahead and remove the email form the Bounce List. Kindly test your form to see if it is working properly. If the issue persists, do let us know.
Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table

I can confirm that your email address address email@example.com is not in our bounce list, so, it should work correctly. To make sure this issue does not happen again, please follow the guide suggested by my colleague.
