Alo Gutters is my client. I have sent him password reset instructions at least four times and he isn't getting anything over the last half hour.
Can you manually send him one? username: alogutters?

This is very time sensitive...they need to get in, they are over quota and can't use their forms. Please help.

You sent it to the wrong email...please check spelling

Then that is the issue, the account shows AOL
Here is a workaround for you
- Create a new account with the correct email address
- Enter into the source account username alogutters
- Then join this conversation ticket and request to our team to transfer the forms to the target account, which would be the new account username you created in step 1.
