    Help, not receiving form submissions on the submission page

    I have added new fields to a form and they are not showing up at all and the 2 name forms are not showing up any info. This is all on my Guest arrival form under user name stjohnvillacompany

    Hi,

    I was unable to see any difference between the form's fields in your form builder and those on your web page. I have cleared your account cache to see if that would help. Please go to the following links and tell us if the forms look identical:

    Its not on the front end. On the back end even if I enter info into the name field on the front end , it does not come through on the back end. No info i enter on the front end for the concierge section shows up on the back end either. help :(

    We apologize for this inconvenience. I tried to clone your form and filled your fields completely. I immediately received my notification with complete details on from the email. I also receive it on the back end(Submissions page)

     

    I have just submitted a test using your actual form. Please confirm if you received it on your email. I just confirmed it went through from the back end(Submission page)

     

    Kindly confirm if you are still having issues receiving your form submissions. For the meantime, I cleared your account's caches. Let us know if this issue persists. Thank you
