PayPal Integration: Error on form when trying to checkout.

    Hello,


    All required fields are filled, however at checkout I am getting errors preventing me from checking out.

    Hi,

    May I ask you to remove the integration from the form, and add it back and reconnect to PayPal?
    The products on the form will not be deleted, but they will appear again once you add the integration back.

    Kindly try this, and let us know how it goes. If you would still encounter the error, let us know and we will take a further look at the form.

    Thanks for your feedback. I removed the integration and added it back the error is still occurring. I then made the product selection un-required and the paypal checkout worked. Can you advise on this?

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've checked the cloned version of your form and was able to replicate the error message. However, as I can check, you have product categories enabled for your products list. When the product list is marked as required, it expects at least one product for all existing categories to be selected; otherwise, it still would show an error.

    To avoid that, you may disable product categories for your payment fields:

    Thanks for your response. the product categories are needed, however i was able to move forward marking the product selection as un-required.
