Dropdown fields are disappearing when creating a PDF

    Any idea why the drop down fields are disappearing when we try to create the PDF from the form inbox?

    Hi there,

    I'm quite not sure what you meant by "creating the PDF from the form inbox". Do you mean the data for the dropdown field is not showing when you download the PDF from the inbox?

    I tried downloading one of my form's submissions on the inbox, and the dropdown field is still there.

    It would be great if you can provide us more information about the issue so we can assist you better.
