Signature do not appear in Google Drive

    Signatures are not showing on the pdf that is integrated with google drive.

    Hi,

    Can you please reintegrate your form to Google Drive and make sure that the Phi option at the top right is enabled?

    No, neither worked for me. I’ve reintegrated several times. I’ve also
    deleted the field and reset it. Nothing has worked so far.

    Hi,

    I have cloned your form to our HIPAA test account then integrate it into my Google Drive. However, I can't seem to recreate the issue on the cloned version, and I have received the PDF submission in Google Drive with the signature:

    To clarify, are you referring to the Original PDF form or the PDF submission? Or are both documents not showing the signature on the integration? Can you provide us with a screenshot of the issue you are showing?

    The original PDF does not include the Signature field, the field should be
    in the signature box as seen below. This is the only field not working and
    I've tried everything that support has asked me to do. It's currently
    causing ongoing issues with our company.
