When we download a submission, not all fields are downloaded. How do we fix this?

Is the issue realted to your "A Ross Online Client Update Form and Checklist" form? As far as I saw, all fields are shown in the downloaded Excel report. Can you please tell us exactly which fields are missing?
Please note that the order of your fields is not the same on your live form and in your Table. If you want to reset the order of the fields in JotForm Tables, open Table Settings, click on the Manage columns option, unselected all fields, re-select them and click on the Update button.
