    Hi,

Re-embedding your form using our iFrame Method should fix the issue. Get the iFrame: Getting the Form iFrame Code

    Thanks

    Using iframe does not work.

There is no space to allow you to save the image taken.

WHat can be done about it?  Any thoughts, ideas?

    Thank you!

It is really weird that while your form works standalone, it does not work on site. I am investigating the issue and will inform you.
