Clover Go App not working when JotForm is used

    We use Clover Go App to process our credit card payments, when we use JotForm on the same IPad our payments stop going through. We close out both apps, restart the Ipad, log out of both, ect. and the Clover credit card processer (connected through Bluetooth) still doesn't work. We then have to enter the payments manually. Is this a known issue? Is there any way to resolve this?

    Hello office2014,

    I'm not aware of the JotForm app affecting other programs, especially once you have restarted the iPad. This sounds like an issue with Clover Go, either the app or your device. I apologize but we do not support those devices.
