Form Failed

    I cannot download submitted forms. They are blank when I go to the inbox and I see the attached error. It is the Customer Information Ticket 1.0

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support! After looking into this issue, I was able to locate all of your submissions under the "Archive" tab in your Inbox. This appears to be the only form that is affected, which would typically indicate that these submissions were manually archived (perhaps in error.)

    I just cleared your form cache, which should resolve any lingering issues with this Form, and you should now be able to access you submissions from your inbox, however you will need to move them from your Archive folder back into your Inbox folder.

    To move these submissions back into your inbox, please proceed to the Inbox tab for this form, and then switch from the Inbox Tab to the Archive Tab. Once you see your submissions in the Archive, simply click the box at the top of your submission list to select all existing submissions, and then click "Move to Inbox" (see attached.)


    Please reach back out if you run into any additional issues with your Inbox.
