I click on submit but nothing happens

    Hi There,

I am trying to submit a form and when I click on the submit button, it seems like the process is recorded...I get a ''done'' comment on the lower left hand side of my screen. Then, when i go by to my forms, it shows 0-100 submissions and the form I submitted does not show. I have also not received email submission. I'm working on Mozilla, could that be the problem

    Hi Liezl,

Did you make the submission on a form that is embedded in another page or on a standalone form, i.e. http://www.jotform.com/11641020213 ? If it is embedded in a page, can you please give us the link to that page so that we can investigate the cause of this issue.

I did a blank submit on your form and it was counted as one entry in your account. You can check your account to see what I mean. Currently it has two submissions.

If the form you submitted on is standalone, i.e. not embedded,  try using another browser such as Google Chrome to double check if this is a browser issue or not.

We look forward to your response. Thank you for your cooperation.
