Logo not showing up in emails

The email autoresponder on my form "PCEC Stop/Transfer Service Request" is not displaying the logo I inserted at the top. It shows in the settings but does not come through on the email end.

Your previous image URL had a space before and after the word "Color". %20 is how to represent a blank space in a URL.
