Adding new Accounts for AAFMAA

    My company AAFMAA is currently using Jotform for surveys. We go to We currently are all using one account with the username esmith. I just changed this account's email from to my email We would like to have 5 different accounts, one for each division of the company. When we send out surveys the url includes the username of the account that created it. We would like the usernames to be each division of the company.

    AAFMAA Mortgage Services

    AAFMAA Life Insurance

    AAFMAA Wealth Management & Trust

    AAFMAA IT (We would like to rename the esmith account to this)


    Please let me know how we can go about setting these accounts up.
