Are you still experiencing this problem? I logged in to your account and made a slight change in one field to see if it would be reflected in the equivalent field of the other form. It wasn't. Did you delete a third form since posting your question or is the Platinum order form a clone of the Silver one or vice versa?
Please provide some clarification.

If I edit one form and then go in to edit on another form that form has been changed as well. Once you have made a clone can you go in to edit and change each form independantly of each other?

We just want to make sure that you're not editing the same form and not the cloned version. May we ask you to clear your browser's cache, reset your browser, and/or try using a different browser when editing the forms? Kindly update us with the results.
