Hidden Fields are being displayed in form.

Hidden fields in the form - are displaying on the form even though in the settings it is set to an invisible field

I did check your form and found that you have added several conditions to show / hide questions. Few of the conditions has error and that is what is causing this issue. Please check the screenshot below:

Please fix the errors you have in conditions and that will solve the problem you are having.

We have disabled the errors and the fields are still shown,

Eg when someone edits an existing form there is the bureau email shown under the send button, and also there are still blank boxes inserted into the emails,

I did check your form's condition, and you have still not fixed the error message. That is the reason why the fields which is hidden, still being displayed in form. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please fix the error in the condition or disable to conditions which has error and that will solve your problem.

If you actually checked, we have copied the form to a new form, disabled or removed those and still FIELDS are being shown...........................................................................

Please let us know the new form which you are using, and we will take a look I did check your account and found the following two forms with the same / similar title:

Commissioning Form (This form still has error)

Commissioning Form - retired

Please let us know the new form in which you have fixed the error, but the hidden fields are still being displayed, we will take a look.

It is shoing fields in the emailed form that are empty and there are no errors in the conditions.

So the hidden fields are displaying in submission email that are empty and not in form. The issue could be related to your email alert template as you have edited it.

I would suggest you to please delete your existing email alert template and add a new one. When you add a new email alert, please ensure that you do not edit the body of the email template. The following guide should help you:

Sorry but it was not us that created it as there was lots of conditions in it
Some on jotforms did it for us and we were told it was including the empty fields and errors as of conditions
Now you say it is email template.

Kindly allow me to shed some clarification on this.

Fields being shown/hidden in the body of the email alert has nothing to do with conditions at all, as conditions do not impact email alerts templates.

So, please refer to the guide below on how to customize the email template and make it include only the fields you desire.

Please note that conditions and email template's hide empty fields are two different features. The condition of your form will only trigger the email alert, but it will not change the behavior of the email template.

I would again suggest you to please delete the existing email alert and add a new one, that will solve your problem.
