Cannot view uploaded files

    ive noticed after a period of time, the upload files seem to “expire.” But even when I try to open it as soon as it’s sent in, it takes me right to a 404 error page.

    Hello there,

    Kindly make sure that your Jotform account is currently logged in on the same browser. If you do not want to be logged in always to access the uploaded files, kindly go to your account's settings and uncheck Require log-in to view uploaded files.
