    Purchase Order - Special Pricing Crossed Out, Why?

    Asked by RACRUSWAL on December 09, 2013 at 08:28 AM

    In my form in the Purchase Order section I have quantities against my product that I would now like to change to special pricing.  Some of the products will all this but not others.  I cant see any difference in the settings to dissable this feature.  I have follows the tutorial and it works perfect for new products but not for the existing products in my list.

    Can you guide me in the right direction?

    My first product in the Purchase Order list is an example.

    Thanks for the exception help and support!

    Hi Rachelle,

    That could be a small glitch to the form after you've made the changes. I'm trying to resolve the issue, but it seems that can't be fixed without re-adding the product item.

    Here's a clone version of your form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33423516019953 with fixed special pricing options. Just clone this back by following this guide: How to clone an existing form from a URL.

    By the way, you can inject this custom CSS codes to the form to hide the checkboxes for your product items:

    .form-product-item > input {

    display: none;

    Instead of using the codes per item ID. That's applicable if you want to hide a specific item checkbox.
