How do I downgrade my account?

    I want to downgrade my account. 

    When I click on Account Settings, it shows that my next payment is due June 28, 2011.  When I click on Cancel, I'm brought to a (Plimus) page (see url below) that asks for my username and password.  My JotForm username and password are not acceptable.  When I click on Forgot Password, it asks for my username and email address.  Again, my JotForm username is not accepted.  Nor is the username that shows up automatically, which is MANY numerals and unknown to me.

    Hello woodswalk,

    You have paid Your JotForm subscription using our payment gateway, Plimus.  Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.

    I have already canceled your subscription for you. You will not be charged again. Your account will stay Premium until the time you have paid for expires. You are scheduled for downgrade on June 28, 2011.
