Firstly you can add an email field into the form - so as to enter the client email address.
Secondly, you can add an autoresponder email in the form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-setting-up-an-autoresponder-email and add an edit link into the email content of this autoresponder email: https://www.jotform.com/help/40-how-to-let-users-update-their-form-submissions-at-a-later-date
Now you can fill-up the form enter the client's email address, your signature, and submit the form.
The client will get an email with an edit submission link, they can edit the submission and enter their signature and submit the form again.
If you enable the "Send on edit" option on your notification email settings, you can get a notification email after your client signs and submits the form:
