Need to Change Plans and Update Credit Card info

    My Professional is set to expire in a couple of days. Unless I can get the same $249.95 deal I got last year for this subscription, I will change plans. Additionally, I need to update my credit card information.

     

    Can you let me know if you honor last year's professional price of $249?

    Hi Andy,

    Subscriptions would automatically renew with the same amount on the previous charged. With that said, you will be charged the same for $249 on your Professional Yearly Subscription. 

    If you want to update your CC, please head to account settings under billing section. http://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    I am trying to change credit card info and getting an error message. How can I get you this new information?

    Hi Andy,

    Sorry about that. Can you please try it again this time? I have removed the downgrade scheduled on your account since the there was a latest email that indicates your subscription was already cancelled per your request. Anyway, please try to update your CC again, once this went through, it should trigger a new professional yearly subscription with the same amount.
