    To whom it may concern,

My company is planning on using Jotform for an upcoming competition we are going to run within schools and I am currently completing a DPIA for the use of Jotform. For context we are situated in Ireland, so must follow GDPR regulations. We are using Jotform as a means of data processing in which the competition participants will provide information on the form such as : School Name, County, Team/ member names, School contact email address (schools dedicated liaison email address).

US processing is a significant risk on foot of Schrems II so we would like confirmation that this data will be processed within the EU as it is mentioned you have german servers?

Some participants may also be under the age of 16 so is there an option for parental consent to be given also?

    Kind Regards,

    Vicki.
