How can I switch a form from an account to another?

How can I switch a form from an account to another ... or do I have to rebuild it ?

We can move a form but see to it that you own it. Otherwise, you have to log in to the account where the form was created and create the request. Please don't forget to let us know the account's username where you would like us to move the form.

You can also clone the form if you wish to keep a copy of the form.
