Can you load thank you page using /thankyou

Asked by singleatlanta on June 14, 2011 at 11:34 AM

I know I can duplicate forms but this would require updating every form when changes are needed.  Instead I would rather use the same form on multiple sites.

The question … how do I redirect to a thank you page based on domain where form submitted?

    1.  I'm open to customizing the code in each form to change out the thank you url. Can this be hand coded (hidden field=redirect); or

    2.  Can the thank you page be set up as .../thankyou so that it pulls the thank you page based on the file in the server folder.

As a matter of fact, you can deploy a single form on multiple websites and change a couple of the form's aspects (such as the thank you page) depending on which website you have embedded the form on.

To learn how to use a single form in multiple websites and still know from which website a submission was made, please read the discussion in this thread

After you have applied to your form the changes I mentioned in that thread, you must then use Conditions to change your Thank You page dynamically based on the value of the hidden field.

Those links are basically the same form that uses url query strings to satisfy our conditions.
