    Monthly Submissions and 10 Receive Payments: also purchase order without a real checkout?

    Asked by Alb83 on December 09, 2013 at 09:53 AM

    I use purchase order to sum up several fields however it is not a real check out with payment.

    The purchase order will be however stopped after 10 form submissions?

    Thank you!

    @Alb83,

    Thank you for contacting us. Yes your account will be deactivated after 10 submissions, Your 10 monthly payment submission will only count for successfull checkouts if you have reached 10 submission you will be notified via email that you have already exceeded your monthly limit and your account will be scheduled for deactivation. It will only be active once you have upgraded your account or the counter has been reset. Take note that the counter will only reset every 1st of the month regardless of when you have started making a submission.

    Addition to my previous post. For incomplete payment this means that the user hasn't finished the payment or probably they exited or close the page, if that is the case then you have to manually complete the submission.

    Please see this guide on how to view your an incomplete submission. http://www.jotform.com/help/135-How-to-View-Incomplete-Payments
