Unable to see submissions to encrypted form

    Hi there,

    We cannot see the submissions to our encrypted form. A pop up appears and asks if we want to remove our private key. Neither of the selections 'no keep' nor 'remove private key' allow us to move forward.

    We have the private key saved, but when we reupload it after pressing 'remove private key', the pop-up stays. This is the first time this has happened - prior to this, we have been able to access the encrypted submissions.

    Please help us at your earliest convenience.
