How to skip the login if users want to 'Save and continue later'

Is there any way yet of automatically sending the "continue later" email to an address collected on the form?

I see the removal of the "Save your progress" screen that asks the user to sign in or create an account was a feature request more than a year ago. Is that still an active request?

Our clients are far from PC savvy, getting them to fill in an online form is a stretch, so I'm after the most streamlined experience possible. I am already passing their own email address to the form within the URL we send to them to fill in the form, so we have no need for them to log in or create an account, we already have everything we need.

    Thanks

    Hi,

If you switch this option to 'ON':

You should get an 'Edit link' in your email once you filled out the form partially, which will allow you to edit/continue filling out the rest of the form without logging in.

But be sure to switch on this option in your setting as well:

Hi there, yes I know that option is there, but as per my post, when it's switched on the user is presented with the page I attached above (minus my big red X). Our users are confused by this and think they need to log in or sign up.

There are several references in the support pages about this feature request....so I'm just trying to find out if those requests are still current?

However, I have found mention of some CSS to modify the pop-up page...I'll give that a go.

OK I have modified the pop-up to just offer a "click to save" option. However when the user does that they are asked what email address to send the edit link........redundant as we already have their email address.

This was requested in February...is this request still active?

    Hi,

Based on the status of the 3 previous threads that you mentioned above, your request has already been escalated to our backend team for multiple times for their consideration.

At this point, we can only hope they are willing to implement this feature if they think it's sensible.

We will keep you updated in this thread when we hear from them.

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.
