Is my account still active?

    I have deleted the submissions from my account to free up space, however, I just received an email saying the account has been disabled. Please verify that my account is still active.

    I would recommend you to clear your form cache by following the steps in the image:


    Clearing your browser cache and cookies would be a good idea too.
