I can't seem to access my forms or upgrade my account ...

    Hi ...

    I can't seem to access my forms or upgrade my account. I've got some forms being used, not sure if they're accessible. The site just doesn't load.  Help!

    Still in the same situation. I can access support forum and Jotform home page, but my forms page and other functions don't load.  Help!

    We apologize for this inconvenience. I can access your forms directly using your account. I have cleared your account's caches from end. I also whitelisted your IP address. Please see if that would make a difference on your end. I would also advise that you clear your browser's caches before logging in.

    If you are logging in from www.jotform.us domain, please try logging in to our domain www.jotform.com or vice versa. Please go ahead try it and let us know if this issue is persisting. Thank you

    I just cleared cache and tried to access http://www.jotform.com/myforms/ ... some of the page came up, but now still stuck with loading icon.

    Hi,

    I can access also your form without any issues like my colleague. May we know which internet browser you are using now? Have you tried already using other internet browser to access your account? If not can you please give a try?

    Sorry for not responding, the problem with the form came in the middle of a travel period.
    I was using Chrome originally. I tried IE, and was able to access the form.
    I initially tried clearing 24 hours of the cache on Chrome, but that didn't help. Eventually I tried clearing a week of the cache, and that worked.
    Do you know what the problem was? I've never run into anything quite like it ... it knocked out the forms, but also big chunks of the Jotform site, including my account page.

    Can you please confirm that all is good now?

    Most likely your issue is due to browser cache, which can be usually resolved by clearing the current browser cache.

    Inform us if there is still issue.
