I have updated and added a second notification E-mail address to our form and it does not send it to both address. It will either send it to the first address or the second address but never to both. Please let me know what I can do to fix this.

Please be sure to complete your form notification email settings. Don't leave the Sender Name empty. Select a field from your form, name field is recommended.
Also, you have to submit a test entry to the live form in order to check wether both email addresses receives the notification email. Test Email button from the notification wizard would only send alerts to your account primary email address.
