Unable to update account email

    Your support form is broken - I wrote up my entire issue and was routed to a "Slow down" message. I am trying to change the email address registered on our organization's account (it is registered to an old employees email address) and I got a "You're not authorized to use" message. I have to resort to posting this here as I couldn't find anything more than this page as far as instructions go. Please help!

    Please make sure you are logged in to the account before trying to change the email. If that doesn't work, please try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and then try again.

    If that doesn't resolve your problem, please let us know the username of the account where you wish to change the email.
