The payment went through, but the system fails to automatically upgrade your account because your Jotform Username was missing from the record. I have temporarily fixed this by removing your over limit status. Now, I have requested the refund to our higher ups. Expect the refund returned to your Paypal Account within 4-10 business days.

This is an upgrade URL for our Premium subscription using our Payment Processor - FastSpring. You can still use Paypal as the Payment Method. Please make sure not to alter any part of this upgrade URL, this contains your correct Jotform Username. This should correct the process and automatically upgrade your account from our system.
