    I upgraded yesterday but you don't show that I upgraded

    Hi,

    The payment went through, but the system fails to automatically upgrade your account because your Jotform Username was missing from the record. I have temporarily fixed this by removing your over limit status. Now, I have requested the refund to our higher ups. Expect the refund returned to your Paypal Account within 4-10 business days.

    This is an upgrade URL for our Premium subscription using our Payment Processor - FastSpring. You can still use Paypal as the Payment Method.
