We are a non-profit animal rescue group and have built a form as an application for potential adopters to fill in on our site.  Before we add the form, am I right in understanding that with the free plan there would only be 10 submissions where the data would be secure?

Thank you for your interest in our service.

The submission data is being stored in our database, and uploads are stored in our Amazon S3 account. However, we do not claim any data ownership, you own all rights to your submissions data. We also care a lot about security. If you do not want to store the form answers with us, you can immediatelly delete them with an Auto Delete Submissions App.

There is a limit of 10 SSL/Payment submissions per month on the Free plan. This means that you can accept up to 10 SSL/Payment submissions per month using httpS connection:

How can I receive SSL Submissions?

The SSL is required when you need to accept sensitive information. Non-SSL submissions are being submitted through standard http connection, and this is completely fine in some cases.

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
