Hi I want to cancel my current plan I have clicked on changing the plan button but it's not wokr can you help me so solve the problem?

It seems your subscriptions were already cancelled upon checking it here. May we know the email address in which you are receiving subscription receipts this month or last month so we can check that on the record for a confirmation?
