Is there a reason why ppl are having a hard time seeing your forms, on mobile? they always have to do it the hard way by switching there phone to web version? I am now a paying costomer, and would like these ppl to see the forms without doing that.

We would be happy to assist you regarding this issue. Note that Jotform's stand alone form works perfectly fine on mobile or even when you embed the form. The problem might be related to the form environment from where it is deployed that's why it wasn't displaying properly on mobile. May we know the website URL where the form is embedded so we can check it here? But first, please try to change your form embed code with iframe. This might fixed the problem.
