SO WHY SHOULD I UPGRADE, SINCE MY USER EXPERIENCE WAS POOR.
I NEED LIVE SUPPORT LIKE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL FOR THE UPGRADE DECISION.

Unfortunately we do not offer phone support.
To edit the form you need to login into the account and the hit the edit button of the form you wish to update, this will allow you to be on the form's builder page where you can make the changes.
