I would like to create a sign up form for prayers on a website. Do you recommend a template?

When people sign up, (name, city, state), my goal is that it would come up as a list on the site.  Please let me know if I can do this.  I'm using iWeb and  newbie.

I belive that what you want to achieve can be done by utilizing html table reports. What you need to do is to create a table report (grid listing will be fine as well) for your form and then embed that table on your site. You can even embed that table on the form itself using a Free Text (HTML) field.
