The mail response is received in spam. I've tried several emails from different domains on different servers and the same is true at all.
The only email that works is used in gmail. When I use this receipt fomulario responses in the inbox.
Is there any solution? For a long time I'm trying to solve this problem.
Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. To prevent emails not being recieved or going to your email SPAM/bulk folders, I would suggest you to set "email@example.com" as Sender Email and don't leave the Sender Name with "Please Select or Empty" as a value.
In addition to this, you may white-list our domain names also. (We use Amazon SES method for "firstname.lastname@example.org" sender.)
