The authorize.net API allows you to submit a code to either charge the card or "Authorize it Only". If you authorize it only, later you simply review the charge in your authorize.net control panel and either process or cancel it.
Authorize.net states that the "Authorize Only" code must be submitted through their API by the Form or Shopping Cart vendor (in this case, JotForm). We do not see the "Authorize Only" option in Jot Form.
Is there some way to achieve this or does JotForm not have this functionality?

I believe you are correct when you stated that the "Authorize Only" option is currently not available on Jotform. Implementing such an option would require our developers to tinker with the Authorize.net integration codes and provide a way for users to select whether to charge the card right away or not.
Apparently, our developers have a lot of things going on these days, so I cannot guarantee a time for completion or if they will be able to grant this request of yours. Either way, I will submit a request ticket to notify them of this matter. You will be contacted via this thread if there are any updates regarding this request.
Thank you for understanding.
