I can't see my subsmissions. Mails are not coming in

    I got not submissions on mi list. It seems like someone had erase them. Some problem with my account? Or is about jotform plattaform?

    Hi, 

    Thank you for contacting us. I have checked your notification settings and I can see that the settings are good, I also checked our mail logs and it shows that it successfully sent an email to your registered email address but what's strange is that I verified your email and 2 of the sites that I used to gave me an error.

    If you haven't tried adding jotform's email to your contact list and whitelisting our IP you can follow this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses. If this still does not work you can also try using mandrill to mails to your email address. https://www.jotform.com/help/236-How-to-use-Mandrill-to-Send-Emails-From-Your-Own-Email-Address
