My embedded form is not adding totals consistently. Sometimes it works. Other times it does not

Thank you for contacting us.
It seems to be related to the script conflicts between form and other scripts on your web page. In order to fix this, please switch to an iFrame form code. The iFrames do not conflict with other elements.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

Can you please try the following iFrame code?
<iframe id="JotFormIFrame" onload="window.parent.scrollTo(0,0)" allowtransparency="true" src="https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/23082922381956" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:1404px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>
I have removed the script part that is following the iFrame, that script was used to set the height automatically. Now the heigh is set within the iframe, 'height:1404px' and it is changeable. I hope it will solve the height issue, and you form submit button will be visible.
