    Help my submit button is gone! Form iframe height issue.

    Asked by trshorter75 on December 10, 2013 at 01:58 PM

    When you take a look at my actual jot form...I have a "submit" button and a "print" button.  When I take a look at my forms on my website the buttons are not there.  I've opened my form in explorer and firefox.

    Also when a person clicks "print form" the submit button disappears.

    Please help!

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Can you please try to remove the <script> part that is adding the auto-height option? It is following the <iframe> code.

    Then, you can increase the iFrame height, for example try with 2200px value.

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="//form.jotform.co/form/32877781090867" style="width: 100%; height: 2200px; border: medium none;" name="JotFormIFrame" frameborder="0" scrolling="no"></iframe>

    <script type="text/javascript">
    try {
    window.handleIFrameMessage = function(e) {var args = e.data.split(":");var iframe = document.getElementById("JotFormIFrame");if (!iframe)return;switch (args[0]) {case "scrollIntoView":iframe.scrollIntoView();break;case "setHeight":iframe.style.height = args[1] + "px";break;}};if (window.addEventListener) {window.addEventListener("message", handleIFrameMessage, false);} else if (window.attachEvent) {window.attachEvent("onmessage", handleIFrameMessage);}
    } catch(e) {}

    Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
