    Hi Jot Form,

I already have first condition which is today-3 and getting the desired result which is hide button , auth code display and ''Sorry, You Are Late By 3 Days, You Will Need An Auth Code To Put This Through. Submit A Query Form To Get An Auth Code.''

I am trying to put a second condition today+3 and result of that should be Hide submit button and Show ''Sorry Start Date Cant Be 3 Days In Advance, Try Later.''

With the second condition on, we are getting the message ''Sorry Start Date Cant Be 3 Days In Advance, Try Later.'', but submit button doesnt hide and also when the form is not filled it displays ''Sorry, You Are Late By 3 Days, You Will Need An Auth Code To Put This Through. Submit A Query Form To Get An Auth Code.'' when it shouldnt be

Please help to fix the 2nd condition which would help us to get the desired result?

    Kind regards

    Hi,

I tested your form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33435896837975 and found that the condition logic you setup on the form is already working as described.

    Hello,

Should you check and still find some of the conditional functionality has not been met, Please take a look at this form, cloned after yours: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/33436868661970?. Does it work as expected?

I configured it to respond in the following manner:

    1. The "Submit" Field will only show if the Start Date is less than three days late and not more than three days early from 'Today'

    2. The Messages below the "start date" field will not show if there are no entries in "start date"

    3. If the "Start Date" is 3 days early from today, or 3 Days late from today, then the appropriate message will be displayed.

Please clone the example form to take a closer look at the rules:

    IF Start Date After "today-3"

AND IF Start Date Before "today+3"

AND IF Start Date Is Filled

    SHOW Submit:

    ***

    IF Start Date After "today+3"

AND IF Start Date Is Filled

    SHOW

Sorry Start date cant be 3 days in advance, try later.

    ***

    IF Start Date Before "today-3"

OR IF Start Date Is Filled

    SHOW

Sorry, you are late by 3 days, you will need an Auth Code to put this through. Submit a Query form to get an Auth Code.

    ***

Let us know if this helps.

    Hello,

Good to know that the sample form is working as per your expectations.

I'm not sure what you are not able to see, could it be the rule that hides the submit button?

The submit button only appears according to the following rule:

    IF Start Date After "today-3"

AND IF Start Date Before "today+3"

AND IF Start Date Is Filled

    SHOW Submit

This rule hides the submit button until all conditions are met, that is, if the start date has a value, and if that value is between today-3 and today+3 .

I've placed this rule on the sample form, if you clone it, you should be able to take a closer look and see this rule.

Please let us know how we can assist further
