    what did your system do with the form I spent 6+ hours on, and saved MANY MANY times???

    My entire business is held up by your system's error.
    Please find my form, restore it to my account, and let me know it's been fixed ASAP.

    I created notification and autoresponder emails for this form and recevied test copies of both ... it HAS to be there somewhere.

    Hello Vistoria,

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    This might have been caused by the cache issue, please logout clear your browser's cache and the log back into the account. You will also need to clear your forms' cache.

    Do let us know if this does not bring back the form as it was.

    You probably made this form in a guest account. Can you please tell what is the email address you got both notifications?

    Do you have the form's link? Please provide with as much info as you can so we can look deeper and find the form

    No, it wasn't in a guest count it was in my account, this account!
    I'll forward you the test email that I sent myself.

    If you sent to yourself a test email, that means that you got the form direct link.

    As far as I can see, the last form you were editing is this one

    Which actually belongs to the first account you wrote to us from newdepths, this account shows that one form only, while  thrivinglife shows around 30 forms 

    Please send to us the form link if any to further investigate
