    my submit button does take me to thank you page/default message or anything

    Once pressed the button says "please wait" and appears to freeze.

    Any ideas?

    I changed the the embed code method to iframe and now it works fine.

     

    Try it LarenRoyal and see if that helps you too.

    Hello. We apologize for this inconcenience. When changing the embed code to your webpage, it recommended to clear your form's caches and clear your browser's caches to avoid seeing the old behaviors.

    OK thanks, I guess thats why it worked when I used iframe then
